1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is defective or tampered with upon delivery

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage
  • Change of mind after delivery

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours
  2. Share clear photos of the product and packaging
  3. Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
